Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive for me. Company side no increament no hike no bonus nothing everything company give to store manager only. But store manager not in store properly then he didn't solve the customer problems. Bata india limited is a good company and take care of worker but in between peoples are not good example Anna nagar manager Velmurugan they are give work benefits and salary benefits everything gives to relations peoples only example sridharan he is worst and waste and lazy guy he didn't work anything simply come to morning daily late then go to breakfast take one hour next went to tea forty five minutes then go to lunch sharply one o clock take time two hours other staffs take one hour lunch break but sridharan take two hours. So company survey these type of worst person remove and give the chance for youngsters because soo many peoples are no job but these sridharan spoil the company and customer service also worst.
