They will hire you with a good salary packages but they wont give salary in time rather if you ask them the reason of salary getting delayed they would insist you to put down the paper ...The founder and AVP dont know how to talk with the professionals ,they use rough language and would blame yourperformance and deals as if you are a servant to them, even the AVP would utilize you for doing his personal works.....The product of the company is not yet ready and they would ask to sell the product without any support like marketing materials not even your I-Card ....The founder has opened the company just for the shake of making money from jharkhand govt.... Everything is a lie. Too much politics. No job security. Firing people is status symbol and is promoted by the owner himself. He proudly says that they have fired most people. The owner, vp and HR are a bunch of people who just like to gossip behind the back. The managers try to butter the owner to remove the threats. Many good people were fired just because owner was told to do so. Owner himself doesn't know the ground reality of the company and just flies in his dreams. No FNF for the employees who left.
