Over all working environment is very good. Feel like family at office.

Dislikes

Company is good but growth is slow but it's good place for work.

Work Details

I am working as manager institutional relations at Hubli center and it's good place for IIT/NEET/CET/KVPY/Olympiads and FSnT and board support for Class 8,9 & 10th aspirants.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
