My work was challenging as a guest experience manager I was responsible for whole operation. And it was really tuff but still I stay on my toes by dedicating and keep motivated my and keep learning new challenges. As long I work with Lavazza it was great.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
