The work culture was open and fair for all the employees. The stress level was the least, I have ever come across among the other companies I worked for. The growth trajectory and training system was low point during my tenure. Though training sys was there already but at grass root level to HQ there was a misalignment. Gap of Unskilled/ Skilled was prevailed. And lot of old staff was reluctant to move to the next level due to lack of skillsets. This largely affected the system and op erations.
