Really the compensation is quite decent, but the cheapest part of Barista is the staff has to stand over the day and night on the entrance area to grewt the customers like they are standing on a Vadapav stall on a station they should not do this because it's a brand and doing such kind of things can spoil the whole Name which has been bulit by Lavaza.... Here the managemnt is also little poor there is no promtion to the staffs till long time.......Read More
