Overall working environment is feasible but as have faced challenges in assembling my skills and experience knowledge and learning to the organization and community. Respect as designated was another factor which dropped down tha rating rationale. Promotion and salary was not satisfactory and not considered work experiences as of now

Dislikes

Management relies more on managers rather then doctors. Most department are running with less manpower and burntout.Nursing care are not appropriate, they don't appoint experience nurses and technician .lack of Carrier growth is a great concern .
