The best thing about Bansal classes was that if you have no one else backing you up, you will be given opportunity there. It's going to teach you how to live with less pay (even lesser than agreed upon), and they are fond of cash component. It motivates you to seek beeter opportunities whole heartedly.

To be very honest there is a huge lack of exposure to competitive environment, there is no transparency in conduct of owners, lack of even basic etiquettes, poor sanitation in office, timely salaries aren't given, lack of honesty and care of employees can be judged by the example that on teachers' day, teachers were given a pocket size cardboard (the likes on which we write happy birthday and paste on the gift wrapping) as 'gift', on stage.
