If you are good at making your manager happy by saying yes to everything he is doing and praising the manager and company then only you will achieve success here.

Dislikes

Managers are trying hard to proof that they care about employees but they are not doing on ground anything. Work from home is not an option. There is no onsite opportunity. This Org is really need to work on work from home policy and need to motivate their employees by Offering onsite .

Work Details

Always disappointed as in some project your work will not be highlighted even you put 24 hr a day and same time some are highlighted by working only 5 min, and management does not think on this partial recognition pattern.only luck can help in

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
