Once upon a time, BA Continuum company was best known for Employee Benefits, convenient transportation, and a 2 digits (i.e. above 10%) yearly hike. 1. Regulare hike reduced to single digit. 2. Transports IN and Out schedules are reduced. Most of the vehicles are converted to tempo traveller vehicles. 3. The company sticks with older versions of tools and technologies. 4. Your achievements won't give you promotion or appraisal. You won't get good hike of salary if you can't do butter polish to your boss.

Diversity. If There are 2 candidate in team. male work hard and any femal work normal even then femal will get quick promotion as compared to male. So not a good comp for male employees. Other banks give good salary to employees as compared to BOA.
