My example is good to work experience overall working this company last 4years and 7month I am waiting for the next opportunity to hike the same company to one step growth same and other vertical this company for more exprience in the work and proof the my self.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
