they don't give training to new joining as i m assistant manager I didn't get any kind of training . i was pissed off there because of this and after 2 days only i lost my intrest toward my work because of not getting training as i was expecting that they will train us then they will put us on the floor and there working environment is very bad there is no balance between professional life and personal life all the people working there has lost there personal life i guess even on sunday office is open no matter in which position u r they have to come on sunday as well it was like a hell for me i will never ever suggest anyone to join in Bajaj finance. they didn't gave my 1st month salary also they told me that i will come in next month....Read More

my work was to call customer and asked them that are they looking for a personal loan or not if they are looking then i have to tell them about the loan in full details. its a sales job. and very bad job i will not suggest any one to join bajaj financ
