My reporting manager was so motivated that’s why I stayed 6 month

Dislikes

1980 process , all hard paper work, No paperless work, SAP utilization is completely useless, Huge difference between physical vs system data. No recreation, excess manpower, Lack of leadership motivation, Mental harassment. Due to above all new joinee are leaving within 1-6 months

Dislikes

Stared harshement of officer for leave job. Work under stress everytime and not getting work satisfaction from last 6 month. Only harassment is doing every time. Receive the bad behaviour from senior management .So I took decision to eaving the job. I have done hard work every time and will in future also.
