As a brand company has good market stake and loyal customers, since it moved out to Godrej company lost its charm of being niche in the market. NBL has also started giving discounts and change a lot of common food categories which was not the case earlier. Being niche in the segment they should stick to their old basics. However HR team is not that stable but overall a good company and very talented & potential set of employees to work with. Salaries are paid very low. The lack of flexibility in our company's approach to remote work. There are situations, such as heavy rain or emergencies, where it becomes challenging to commute to the office. It would be beneficial if the company allowed employees to work from home in such cases, as it would not only ensure our safety but also maintain productivity.

The work culture is good however it is highly affected by some characters which are wrongly placed there... NB has always had a flaw since inception which is not having the right person at right place. Being neich in the segment they always outright the traditional method of functioning Retail and hence still being a coglomerate in Gormet Industry it could not sustain and had to incure loses. But they are profitable now as 2020-21 was a good year with a lot of Support by all Store employees towards their contributions in the tough times of Covid challanges but they were not awarded satisfactorily. After all the synergy of an employer comes from its inernal customer and employees well being. Job enhancement and role changes in operations has vast role to play which is an excellent for new comer or a HM fresher or some one with Hotel industry background however if the same is compaired with the HO / service office it is not there. Lots of innovative things and cost optimisation is happening one should definately work and take the experience from Nature's Basket my second love. Top management doesn't bother about anything. They force people to do as per them and everytime employee gets threatened in the organisation. Cluster, HR have no idea what's happening in a particular place, A single Cluster Manager manages two Region and He puts pressure on the ground level employees they are least bothered and if you joining the company then make a habit of listing slangs all the day. Very poor management. A so called cluster from Bengaluru looks Chhapri but he instructs about grooming and SOP of the company.. 1.
