Only Owner (Mrs. Nina lekhi is good) However she doesn't have full update from HOD what's going on in the market and compensation.

Favouritism is Very HIGH in Baggit. If they hire you and after sometime they get any of their friends to work then they will Remove you , just to hire their own favourite person. Sales HOD doesn't wants to cope up with the market trend, the market, customer requirement hence baggit is being removed from many large format stores PAN india. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security and stability</mark>.
