Not having good culture in Production. Production manager need to improve the way of talking, Not tell any GET to not share ideas in meeting,Do not tell any GET not use their mind. Keep your promise when you tell will promote your GET.If your GET is working better than your experienced officer please hike is salary to atleast 20 percent. Don't take your experienced person take it for guaranty. DON'T tell employee to not meet their family in off day.It is employee choice whether he want to meet his family in off day or not. They are not allowed to stay within the perimeter of 30km of plant and after working hrs, they forced to do extra hours for competition of jobs but they don't pay overtime or c/off.
