Though is it a sheet metal industry here you have good work culture.First of all work culture is worst in Sheet metal industries.You don't have balanced life in sheet metal industries.

Dislikes

Especially quality department, training period is itself minimum one year that to with a stipend of 15000 or it may have a more chance to get extended.And i am suggesting engineer graduates don't come to sheet metal industries you get paid very less Better go with design and enter into R and D or become a good design engineer.

The company progressing slowly.No systematic flow of work.and poor planning also for new people no job training directly put to work individually.

My job is related to inspect all inprocess parts with refrarance to control plan an give first piece approval to production department also doing layout inspection of NPD product and to give suggestions and remarks. also doing some kiezen in critical part
