It is my worst experience of 5 years for my total 28 years of experience of working in various companies.On the above said factors i rated it correctly.

Dislikes

More than 12 hrs of working,sometimes continous 36 hrs due to absentism of next shift supervisors and managers.no any increment during my 5 years of working,no any permotion and appreciation,although pathetically harassed by MR B S PHANIRAJ,SR VP AND MR SANJAY PURUVAR,PLANT HEAD.
