Badve Engineering Ltd was Great failure in Hr policies, Old Employees and lot of time burn in company, Company can not great steps for old and superior employees great effort makes for developing badve, not provide any type of Compensations, don't be provided transport facilities. Don't take great decisions for old and must working and hard working employees.

No work culture in the company. Company is entire promoter driven. Executive director looks into the matters of employee salaries instead of looking into the business policies. Most of the employees time is wasted in filing of timesheet and submission of ppt whic is at all waste of time. No productivity in the organisation.

There is nothing such to like about this organisation. No Saturday are off. No work life balance

If you go to do any work then there are many barriers even before you start doing it. Everyone will stop you from doing this work. I was very troubled by these things.And there are a lot of restrictions on enrolling here, relatives are enrolled quickly. Something similar happened during my turn too.
