Job for whom who wanted rest, time pass, misguided to person

There are no job security because company does not provided any legally joining latter or proof, there in company do not caring to employees, Real Example: Mr x(name privacy) working since long time as developer, unfortunately he survive piles issue and doctor inform him rest only 15 days during under treatment. He informed to director to USA through Whatsapp official group. Director said that you can rest long time and next month do not come office, your laptop submit soon at office. There working employees(70%) has focus too much on politics like employees harassment, getting salary incentive fraud way (extra night support works day add into daily sheets and earn per night ₹500), misguides to new employees, girls security compromises,(there place have not good for girls). Means your progressive thousands could be kill in the company.
