Salary comes on time. But don't expect any incentives from them. Upper management likes to play politics and the people in lower order suffer from the politics played by them

The incentives given by them is too low and merchandise given by ather to sales people are also not given to their employees upper management takes it all and the criteria for incentives are kept so that that the sales and service people can't complete. The upper management is WORST, work environment is extremely TOXIC. It's so toxic that even the managers were not able to stay for 6 months. I worked there for 1 year and I have seen 1 general manager 3 branch manager 1 marketing manager who left the job due to extremely toxic, political, and not having mental peace. The people who work in goudown and the people who work in back office think themselves as the CEO of the organisation(Ultra EGO). This people also have the backing of upper management so I personally think to avoid this organisation....Read More
