Employees are never being encouraged and appreciated by the senior Manager. Manager never want to listen about the problem which employees face regularly for their day to day service. For Apprisal Managers are more believed in nepotism policy

The institutional leadership is occupied by some uneducated people, who have no near and far connection with intellectual growth. Either you be a part of Ponzi scheme, keep producing lies or quit.
