Salary hike
I have 10 months of experience in Data Analytics and a 60-day notice period. I have been actively applying for jobs and regularly updating my profiles on Naukri and LinkedIn, but I am not getting interview calls.
Currently, my team has reduced from 10 to just 3 people, so I feel this might be a good time to negotiate a salary hike if I get an offer elsewhere. However, I am worried that if I resign solely for a salary increase, my resignation might get accepted, and I could end up jobless.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What would be the best approach in this scenario? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
