Company is HR is not supportive i join on fixed salary but after some time they transfer me in sales and deduct my salary in the month of March i did 5 sales but in month of April my performance was not good they gave me half salary and after discussion with team leader I got my Full salary after many calls to HR even they were not interested to attend the calls of mine and I circumambulate 3 times in a day they didn't provide my salary after that she said send a mail for salary then they provide me salary they make the new rules according there benifits and end of the day they gave me a document for signature in that document mentioned if company will shutdown by any chance company will not be liable to pay any incentive and salary this is for every one....Read More
