It is an excellent experience working for AWL India. Company treats us well and with enough bandwidth to work with free approach and open thinking. Ideas are welcome if we can justify them to the management. Tech team is really amazing as they are giving us anything we ask for and even we are getting training about all types of latest tech.

Open culture. Too many avenues to explore with this company. The management is getting very strict with rules as the company is growing. Policies are in place which makes it clear.

The staff is very competitive which sometimes lead to internal politics. Technology systems are in place but training of people is slow.

Delay promotions, in my point of view I worked here for 1 year, there is no increment in my sallery, my travelling expenses were over than sallery
