Too much pressure about revenue. Their practice is not patient oriented at all. The focus is only on making money irrespective of the treatment given to the patient,alot of times which is absolutely unnecessary. Doctors are treated worse than a peon here. The owners have unrealistic expectations from their doctors,they are expected to do all the work in the clinic right from telecalling the patients to managing appointments as well as treating patients. All the clerical work is given to the doctors. It is an extremely unhealthy environment to work in. You don't have a life of your own. They will pay you peanuts literally peanuts and make it look like they are doing you a favour by employing you here. Million things to dislike about this place....Read More
