I have learned a lot and appreciate the knowledge and skills. This knowledge won't go to waste and is essential to my being successful in my new role.

Dislikes

Company culture not good. Employees doing work to get monthly salary. It doesn't means the employee have no respect. Need to change the thinking of management.

Working environment is good. Plant head appreciate work and always he inspired.

Dislikes

1. They are preffered paper work instead of Sap or online network. Difficult to find or trace bottlenecks
