Most of the people in leadership behave as CEO of the company Micro Management is at its peak. You are monitored everytime everywhere No one will listen to your complaints, you cant complain i can say Most toxic workculture I have seen in my life Dont join unless you have any emergency to join(Risk) You will feel the stress and depression at the start of your carrier.
