good infra , Snacks and leisure time activities are major attraction point nowadays but just dont join only for that.

Dislikes

No Job security, Hiring and firing on regular basis. No good projects, only freshers company, no skill development, terrible meeting timings. No Team support and good coordination in teams. They will give you higher package offer but will fire you on immediate basis without any notice. Appraisal being done only for nonsense comedy in office rather than hard work skillset. 5 days working policy is a joke , they will ping you anytime, anyday without any compensation. Management run by one person only, so you have to be their favourite....Read More

Team members are supportive and WFH options.

Dislikes

Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.

Terrible company with no job security. They only have one client at one time and there is only one person who is responsible for bringing new projects and clients. Hence, in case company gets into trouble with exisitng client, there is immediate firing in the company. They work on the principle of hire and fire.
