The job as a front office manager was interesting you would get to meet guest of different kind.
There were no training session I learnt most of the things by reading on the internet & working practically how to handle different roles.

The company is open to innovation. I have experienced and learned a lot to grow and to keep myself calm and focus on multi-tasking while being patient.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
