The company is good in adopting the latest technology. They are ready to face challenges towards the improvement of the company. But the Compensation and Benefits are not good. Treating its employees is terrible. More over their is no Job security at all

Dislikes

Compensation is poor. The work pressure is too high. The managers do not value an individuals skill & strength. Also there is no on-job training (OJT)
