APAC management is not good, decision changes very frequently (within 24-48 Hours). Employee having difficulties to understand role & reporting due to frequent changes of management. which makes hurdles for employee as well as company growth.

Except salary it is a hell. The lady Elizabeth is nonsense she does have technical knowledge but she wants to control everything. She made this company a hell as she was forcing pre-sales to do project delivery, traffic shifting supply chain and every thing except the profile for which candidate is hired. She have team of sugar coated people around her to praise her. She doesn't care anybody in the company. She was doing wrong ways to enter material in airtel warehouse. She is a total corrupt lady.
