Hii.. Working in Avesta pharma is quite good for me because it is near to my hometown. If you are asking for teammates then I got nice teammates. My seniors were good for my training and afterwards I have trained many of my juniors. Working environment of office is strict but as I like it so there is no wrong. And about politics then it is present in every organisation so it's common. As it is my first job so I learnt so many things here to being a worker nd its experience is really unforgettable for me..I started my career so I will never going to forget all throughout my life. This company situated in remote area so salary is quite less as per your work .. But during my work period i had given my best to this company.....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
