1. The work was stable and predictable. 2. The work-life balance was good. 3. The office was very close to a railway station. 4. The salary was paid on time. 5. There was job security as a bond had to be signed by me. 6. A former company of mine, Aatman Innovations, had lied to me about its paid leaves. Avenues was truthful about its paid leaves. 7. 1. Very gossipy colleagues, who pitied me for working there. 2. Misandrist (man-hating) conversations between some employees. 3. The conduct of the very young boss was bizarre sometimes.
