1) Challenging problems: The tasks/projects are fun and challenging to work. 2) Management with good intentions: As much as I would like to succeed in my projects/career, the management also wants me to succeed. There are no toxic people there.

Dislikes

Not a major one. But there is always a room for improvement. As the company is evolving and growing (in a good way and opening opportunities / challenges for people), there are likely to be short phases of mis-alignments and stress.
