Salary on time. Office environment is nice.

Dislikes

Too much politics in office. It doesn't matter you work good or not, you will get promoted if you know politics. The Higher management is very reluctant about that. Work pressure is enormous. The company takes 3 times the work w.r.t the employee strength they have and then the employees have to take the pressure for it. The above mention situation some time gets better and gives us hope that this will get stabilised but after 2-3 months we comes back to the same situation....Read More
