No Job Security, they will hire 50 interns monthly and fire off people when the internship is completed or when they complete an year in office. During the INternship the Interns will be deployed to projects and they will make use of them. Most of the Projects that Avasoft gets are very small projects which will be completed in a month. So, after the completion of a month they will be fired else most will be fired by an Year. Extreme Pressure will be levied. Toxic People - Extreme Micro Management by Architects or Project Leads.
