Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. But there is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they are not giving good salary for experienced persons

Working hard , we are doing our work perfectly completing on time but they are not providing incentives

There is no words tell. I never seen such a company. Avail finance is the most worst company in entire instant loan app. Even management also not responding employees problem . There is no growth in this company. They won't give attlist minimum hike in previous salary. And main thing is time management. There is no time limit towork and only you have logging time only & you don't have logged out operation 😭😭😭. My team members are all starting working morning 10Am to mid night 1 or 2 o clock . Again next day morning logging 10 o clock. Even operation head or no one will worried about employees health but they want achieve target. There is no work ethics in this job.they don't no how to behave with co - workers ....Read More

Weekoff also they only ordered to us. Some people worked without weekoff.

Totally good but there is no proper training to any one about process. If you want more information about our process we have to involved in ourself only otherwise no one will help you.
