Pushpa Lulput, This man is very good, He knows everything, when to apply oil on whom and when to abuse whom. I left this company but let me tell you that the politics in this company is very bad. Anyone can be fired at any time. And last but not least all director level guys makes crazy and fool to owner or investors.

I left this company due to frustration, but I feel the owner show know about the new head, Pushpa. This person lacks basic manners and speaks disrespectfully to others, Specially towards female employees. He only points out the problems without offering the solutions and constantly criticizes the company owner and regulations whilepraising his previous one. If this is continues the company may face serious issues, and he will eventually leave, just like he did with his last job. 1. Disrespect of employee. 2. Behavior with staff and operators. 3. Very very worst company and management. First of all manameget is nothing here only like Manmohan Singh.Nobody knows here who's Management.No any single Decision without # Lala. This is only LALA SHOP.Like # Baniya Ki Dukan. Very very Bad Politics inside and too much Locality. Cell phone 📱 Android not allowed for a single body . # Nokia Life Connecting India. Technical Director have no any his own strength. There only illiterate persons. No need of Technical. By mistake Some technical person is there but his value is -0.0000⁰000000000⁰0001(infinity). All are showing only Digital Platform. Inside nothing is there. Employee Bonus hahaha 😂😂😂😂 501 to 2000. Which employee have bonus deducted from salary those people have also not getting that amount in yearly . May be That amount given in heaven. Every year Employee bonus eaten by company. Gratuity hahahah 😅 impossible that is only for joining time showing bonus gratuity. But employees have never get . Because there is a big reason for employees company have 2 units . every six month after resign and join to another unit .this is repeated process twice and thrice in year. Some local and Spooner are available here. spooning here very High level. The Director also not heard any single employee hear only Spooner. He believes on another ear. He have no own strength. More than 50 employees have bonus deduction but no body have return but nobody asked.all are wearing bangles from faizabad. Some times sooners wearing saree for empressed his Boss and goes to bed.
