I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Lot of advanced computerized systems are implemented .

All commercial approvals for each activity to be taken from corporate centralized Group Office of TATA Auto comp systems Ltd. All rights given only to centralized Group Office . It is compulsory for each department . Which takes two weeks time maximum . So further urgent activities getting too much delay . All types of works moves very slow . On the spot final decesion's are not happening .
