Mr. Anil Yadav (owner) is a very supportive personality, he'll always guide you to the right path and push you to achieve your goals. This company has lots of different scale projects undergoing like high rise buildings, complexes, residential, etc. so this is the best platform for freshers to learn and sharp their skills.

The worst experience i had is politics in management. Even a small profile person has more value in the company than an Engineer, by designation you are an engineer but you have to work under supervisor and foreman who are totally illiterate but still getting higher pay than an engineer. The work culture is also not good, you have to work 12 hours a day and even have to do a night shift if required. And the pay scale is also very low.
