Mr. Anil Yadav (owner) is a very supportive personality, he'll always guide you to the right path and push you to achieve your goals. This company has lots of different scale projects undergoing like high rise buildings, complexes, residential, etc. so this is the best platform for freshers to learn and sharp their skills.

Dislikes

The worst experience i had is politics in management. Even a small profile person has more value in the company than an Engineer, by designation you are an engineer but you have to work under supervisor and foreman who are totally illiterate but still getting higher pay than an engineer. The work culture is also not good, you have to work 12 hours a day and even have to do a night shift if required. And the pay scale is also very low. But for beginners this is the best platform to learn and move forward. Personal life is totally ruined....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
