good place to work but lack of poor management system and work culture

Dislikes

negligible increment, no facilities, no pf, no leaves, seniors take work credit,no growth, no hr policies, just a namesake pvt ltd company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
