In Atotech work life balance is very good. The company benefits also good.

Dislikes

There is too much discrimination and the they don't need Doctorate for the company. Only developement is ongoing and no research. Toxic environment and too bad for women employee in certain situation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
