I worked in two capacities in AEES - 1. as a teacher for 15 years (Post Graduate Teacher in Economics) teaching the students of class -XII CBSE board.Worked as an administrator- Vice-Principal and Principal for 16 and half years.

It's a good place to teach children coming from different backgrounds. The salary and medical benefits are excellent. Teachers are cooperative and help you to grow.

Dislikes

It's situated away from the city.We have to be on the campus. So commuting to the city on a daily basis makes work-home balance difficult to achieve.
