1. A Janpanese TDK Group company, global leadership in the lithium-ion industry which is not ever exist in India and now booming. 2. All round systems and procedures, even about clearing the workshop, they have a procedures and guidelines, focsued on doing things at the extreme. At beginning, not easy to take, but later finding working here is good, be clear about procedure and standars and then do instead of doing a lot and finding not complete. 3. Good career growth: Booming industry, and this company management take talent development seriously and big boss have KPI for ech dept HOD, here even in workshop operator have a skill development plan. Some go to oversea for learning after 2-3 years here. 4. Fully AC and clear environment: In current hot weather, it was a blessing. 5. Open communication: Despite a foreign company and some management originate from China, their management way is not closed to us. There are commnucation meeting shared to staff employee about company operation and our target, making you feel you are a member of the company, not simply just working here like an outsider in a foreign company. 6. Apprisal and recognition: There are quaterly sopt award for good acievement and yearly increment. This year, we got the incentive, not bad which made me feel that work done and company achieved profit. 7. Growth: currently bawal operation is good, big one in sohna is going to be ready. Visited once, not a small project. Much space to grow. Even working here one year, I found some ex-colleague who switched find good jobs. And those who worked here, theire role and responsibilities were more valued. Here their way is to develop the people after they join and screen the talents and further develop. Not like some other company, hire people to do one thing, if not good, replace and find others. Standard is high, but outcome is good, you will gain more apart from a salary. 8. Working with Chinese, some core technique people are from China, but working with them was not that bad as some comment said, some of them are really good teachers, teach the local engineers and operators hands by hands. Welcome the operator, recognize them and treat them as a part of the team, which I never see in previous jobs. In summary, it was a company with their expertise and ways of doing things. Working here as an operator, you can have a growth. The process and procedure is clear, joined here you will find it is not difficult but the core and technique of the job need to explore after sometime in contious service. 1. Location is not so close to downtown. 2. Canteen food and service could be more options. 3. Employee activities could be more diverse. 4. Hierarchy: the job grade is as Indian standard, here I worked as engineer leading 3 people but my junior GET in other company is usually AM manager and he lead no one. If you want to join here at the level of junior engineer or assistant engineer, then this is a bad company company to other industries because here junior level people are made to work as a technician and not any official work. Nothing is here to new learnings for junior levels
