Likes

Company policy is well documented and accessible to everyone. Management is always open for suggestions. The company has good employment engagement activities even in work from home scenarios. Tremendous growth options. Was a good learning experience overall.

Dislikes

As with any company you might find the HR dept to be a puppet to the management. The answer you get from the management is final even if you take it further to the HR team, they will eventually lip-sync the management words.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
