They will provide you good ctc, and salary on time Wfh : but remember they may misuse it

Dislikes

Employees kept on bench for longer period then forced to resign Work-life balance is hell, don't be surprised if you are asked to work on weekends Worst HR policies. All against employees Worst management Very low level of projects so no career growth PS: If you hold other offer please prefer it over.

i worked here as a software developer for more than 2 years and my overall experience is really nice with them. They gives flexibility to choose the projects which are latest technologies like AI, ML, Cloud, IOT etc. All the HR policies are employee friendly.

Being a service based company makes it open to adapt new technologies. So scope of learning is there. CEO is soft spoken and a good person.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible. You are being appreciated on the basis of work hours. No coordination between hr , management and development team. Lack of infrastructure.

Work Details

Hectic. Your salary is being calcuted on the basis of billable hours,not the working hours, and what is billable is decided by upper management. You work for 16 hours a day . 113 hours a week and then you know you can't log your work more than 20 hours.
