i worked here as a software developer for more than 2 years and my overall experience is really nice with them. They gives flexibility to choose the projects which are latest technologies like AI, ML, Cloud, IOT etc. All the HR policies are employee friendly.

In this pandemic some processes take longer time than usual

My overall experience is good at this firm. The friendly nature of managers and supportive co-workers makes the work atmosphere fun and loving. They have the latest tools and technology, which adds an advantage for freshers who have that chance to work on such new technologies. I got improved my skills by working on many AI projects.

Being a service based company makes it open to adapt new technologies. So scope of learning is there. CEO is soft spoken and a good person.

Work-life balance is terrible. You are being appreciated on the basis of work hours. No coordination between hr , management and development team. Lack of infrastructure.

Hectic. Your salary is being calcuted on the basis of billable hours,not the working hours, and what is billable is decided by upper management. You work for 16 hours a day . 113 hours a week and then you know you can't log your work more than 20 hours.
