Working here has been has been a good experience, and I believe the supportive environment has a lot to do with it. The regular training sessions and advancement opportunities make it clear that the company takes employee development seriously.

I'd like to see better workload distribution. At times, the pressure on some departments increases, which can affect work-life balance. Hiring additional staff or redistributing tasks could take care of this issue.
