Politics, it’s really bad. Joining here you will ruin your career .Work culture is extremely poor. They hire and fire employees. Even it doesn’t matter how many years you gave the company, they ask people to leave immediately. Not courteous at all. During my tenure here I have seen employees in tears. Another challenge is many of the employees including certain top managers have very poor industry knowledge. It will be a big demotivation if you end up working under such people.
